Copywriting of a content led brochure for well established building management company, The Elite Group. The company had gone through a complete rebrand and as part of the exercise had created clear definition for their three areas of service delivery. The brochure brief was to reflect the capability of each component part, whilst emphasising the strength of The Elite Group as a single unit. The copy very much led the concept of the brochure, with the illustrations following the themes created by the words.
The brochure concept was so successful, I was asked to use this narrative style on a new website for the company. The use of copy led content and complimentary illustrations is very unusual in the construction market, where marketing materials usually rely very heavily on photography and therefore this concept immediately set the company apart. I also created a company LinkedIn page for Elite, following the style established throughout the website.
